💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Shift Timing: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Morning Shift)
- Work Week: 6 days a week (Monday to Sunday)
- Weekly Off: One weekday on a rotational basis
🧑💼 Job Responsibilities
- Communication: Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Product Knowledge: Provide information on pricing, availability, and product details.
- Operations: Handle computerized billing and coordinate with internal departments.
- Service: Maintain high standards of customer service and proactive problem-solving.
