Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively call and follow up on leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Product Expertise: Clearly explain two-wheeler loan features, interest rates, and benefits.
- Sales Conversion: Achieve monthly targets by converting prospects into active customers.
- Operational Support: Coordinate and support the end-to-end loan processing cycle.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records and ensure regular follow-ups.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience: Minimum 1+ year in telecalling or sales.
- Languages: Must be fluent in Tamil with basic English proficiency.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
