About the Role
Join our team as a Sales Specialist focused on two-wheeler loan products. You will play a vital role in lead generation, customer education, and managing the end-to-end loan application process to help our customers get on the road.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Proactively generate and follow up on leads via telecalling.
- Product Expertise: Clearly explain two-wheeler loan features, interest rates, and benefits to potential customers.
- Sales Conversion: Convert prospects into successful applicants and consistently meet monthly sales targets.
- Process Support: Coordinate the end-to-end loan cycle, from initial call to final processing.
- Relationship Management: Maintain accurate customer records and conduct regular follow-ups.
